6.  What do I do if I register but I don’t get a confirmation email?

First, check your junk mail box. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email, please contact us at info@willsbywaybridge.com.

7.  I’m not a resident of Minnesota. Can I still get my documents through WillsbyWaybridge?

WillsbyWaybridge LLC currently serves only residents of Minnesota. We are in the process of expanding our services to residents of Wisconsin, as well as other states. If you are a resident of a state other than those we currently serve and wish to use the WillsbyWaybridge online service, please contact us at info@willsbywaybridge.com and we will let you know when our service will be available in your state.

8.  How do I complete my estate plan online?

Completing your estate plan online is a simple process. Please refer to the PRODUCTS page and Question No. 2 above regarding Registration for the detailed steps to get started.

9.  Which Web browser do I need?

The minimum browser requirements are Internet Explorer version 8.0 and above, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. You can complete the online Questionnaire on a Windows or an Apple computer, and on mobile platforms such as tablets and iPads.

10.  I don’t understand what a question means or is referring to.

Most questions are accompanied by explanatory notes designed to provide you with the information needed to answer the question. A small lightbulb (lighbulb2) icon by a question indicates that there is an explanatory resource to help you answer the question. Click on the lighbulb2 to see the resource box; click on the X in the upper right hand corner of the resource box to close the box.

11.  Some questions in the Questionnaire are in red. What does this mean?

Questions in red lettering require an answer in order to move to the next set of questions. Once answered, required questions change to black lettering. To ensure the accuracy of your document, all required questions must be answered before the Questionnaire can be submitted for processing.

12.  What happens after I submit my Questionnaire?

When you submit your Questionnaire and payment, you will receive an email advising you that your Questionnaire has been received by the WillsbyWaybridge team, and a second email acknowledging your payment. You can then simply relax while we get to work. We will prepare your selected documents according to the information you provide in your Questionnaire and mail them to you within 10-15 business days, along with signing and storage instructions. It will then be your responsibility to follow the signing instructions to ensure that your documents are validly signed according to the laws of your state and that your original documents are kept safe and secure.

13.  What do I do with my documents after I sign them?

After you have signed your documents according to the signing instructions, you must keep your original documents in a safe place in your home or elsewhere, such as a safe deposit box. If you prefer, you may also scan a copy of the signed documents to info@willsbywaybridge.com, and we will store the scanned copy on our secure server.
